The law firm of Eveland & Associates, PLLC has a strong reputation for quality legal services. We provide a wide range of legal services and consider ourselves a full service law firm.

MISSION

The mission of the firm is to always treat clients and associates with courtesy, respect, and dignity. We promise to do our absolute best to complete your necessary legal work in a timely manner.  We are honest and believe in having integrity with our clients.  We answer the telephone promptly and all telephone messages are returned as soon as possible.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

Because client satisfaction is our primary goal, we are committed to providing quality legal services. That means offering frank and candid advice, even if this results in our client's decision to drop a claim or accept a settlement. It also means giving all of our clients the personal attention they deserve. We are aware of the fact that satisfied clients are the key to our continued reputation for quality and integrity.

YOUR FIRST VISIT

There is generally no fee charged for an initial consultation. Clients are then advised of their alternatives and the cost of pursuing each of the alternatives. The consultation fee depends on the amount of time spent during the initial meeting.

Because of the firm's desire to provide cost-effective legal services, clients are encouraged to organize pertinent documents prior to the initial meeting. Such organization can reduce the time spent and allow the firm to efficiently provide its legal analysis of the client's alternatives.  You will meet with a licensed attorney during your first visit.

OUR FEES

The firm ordinarily charges on an hourly basis for the services rendered, plus costs and other expenses incurred. The rate depends on the complexity and expertise necessary for the case.  A small portion of the firm's work is handled on a contingency basis where the firm's compensation is based upon a percentage of the recovery.

The firm's time and advice are its stock in trade. Therefore, a client is billed for time spent drafting letters and documents, conducting legal and factual research, engaging in telephone conferences, attending meetings, traveling, and client conferences.

The firm sends bills to its clients each month so they can assess their benefits and options in light of the costs involved.
