Jeremy grew up in Southern California, about an hour North of Los Angeles and is the third of six children. As a child, Jeremy rollerskated on beach paths and surfed in the Pacific Ocean. Jeremy really enjoyed going with his Grandpa on airplane rides where they flew over Catalina Island and Disneyland. Jeremy always enjoyed reading as a child and has never stopped reading. He believes that leaders are readers and so whether its studying the latest changes in the legal field or a business novel, Jeremy is usually found with a book. It's no wonder Jeremy went into the legal field. Jeremy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies with a minor in Latin American Studies from Brigham Young University, a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in International Business, and a Juris Doctorate degree, Cum Laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law. After law school, Jeremy was personally selected to serve as a clerk for Justice Mark W, Gibbons of the Supreme Court of Nevada and subsequently worked as an attorney for a Carson City law firm before he began his own practice. Jeremy is currently a judge and attorney focusing in the areas of business law, real estate law, estate planning, asset protection, and contracts law. He has been an attorney and consultant to business owners helping companies and individuals avoid many legal pitfalls. Jeremy enjoys helping business owners protect and preserve their personal assets from lawsuits and, at the same time, improve the owner's business operations ensuring that the business is legally compliant and that the owner's contracts and forms are adequately protecting the business owner's interests. Jeremy is an author of 3 books, has written several articles on business and legal topics, and has been quoted in the Salt Lake Tribune. Jeremy is actively licensed in Utah, Nevada, and California. He lives in Utah with his wife and two sons.
